Companies that had no activity during the year, or whose activity allows it, that are not VAT registered and have no staff, may keep no current bookkeeping and use an accountant once, after the end of the financial year.
The service covers every legal requirement on the company under the Accountancy Act, the applicable accounting standards, the Corporate Income Tax Act, the Personal Income Tax Act and the Statistics Act.
If your accountant does not meet the requirements of the Accountancy Act and cannot prepare and sign the annual financial statements, a specialist of our firm with the required qualification will prepare and certify – or check and certify – your company's financial statements.
